Blank applications can be picked up in the lobby of City Hall after September 1st until October 31st.
COMPLETED applications can be dropped off at City Hall (use the Dropbox ONLY) after September 1st if they are not being mailed.

The gift card pick up will be at the Livonia Chamber of Commerce (33300 Five Mile Rd - On the NE corner of Farmington RD), see above requirement letter for dates.
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY FOR PICKUP IF APPROVED – once your application has been approved you will need to pick up the gift cards on one of the pickup days If you are not available, you will need to designate someone to pick these up for you –THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL PICK-UP DAYS SCHEDULED 2026 Application |
