Blank applications can be picked up in the lobby of City Hall after September 1st until October 31st.
COMPLETED applications can be dropped off at City Hall after September 1st if they are not being mailed.

The gift card pick up will be at the Senior Center – Dates to be determined for 2025
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY FOR PICKUP IF APPROVED – once your application has been approved you will need to pick up the gift cards on one of the pickup days If you are not available, you will need to designate someone to pick these up for you –THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL PICK-UP DAYS SCHEDULED 2025 Application |
