The applications for 2024 will be mailed out at the end of August. A letter and application will be sent to prior year recipients.

Blank applications can be picked up in the lobby of City Hall after September 1st until October 31st.

The gift card pick up will be at the Senior Center – Saturday November 9th from 2:00 - 4:00pm, and Saturday November 16th from 9am - Noon.
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY FOR PICKUP IF APPROVED – once your application has been approved you will need to pick up the gift cards on one of the pickup days If you are not available, you will need to designate someone to pick these up for you –THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL PICK-UP DAYS SCHEDULED 2024 Application |
